Here's to hoping PC and Somerset bring back regions

Perry may get beat friday, They played well after losing QB Napier lets not count the chicken before they hatch, Pulaski will probably win but you never know. And thanks to the 3 to 4 TDs called back at Letcher they should have been 6-4. When was the last time Williamsburg beat Hazard???

Oh calm down, I'm sure Johnny Hines will take the starters out and give Perry Central the entire 4th quarter to make the game look a lot closer than what it actually was

Pulaski is good, but they've beaten no one of stature soundly enough for anyone to think that they will trounce Perry to the tune of 56-7.

They didn't beat North Laurel 56-7 and Perry beat them last week.

Perry has had some bad injuries this past week and I'm afraid that might be too much to account for in this one...

but I'm honestly growing tired of people on here just being haters.

Perry plays Pike Central and all you see is predictions of blowouts - Perry beats them and we hear the gripes about the referees.
They play North Laurel and all you see is predictions of blowouts - Perry beats them, deals with more excuses and no respect carries over to the next game.

This. I've not posted much this season as I don't want to put up with the stupid assholes who do nothing but hate on Perry any time we do ANYTHING. According to the 'brain' trust on here, every time we win it's because we cheated them or some other lame ass stupid excuse. I'm personally sick of it. LeeCoUKFan your arrogance is laughable, Johnny Hines your hero or something pal?

Anyways, Perry is dealing with some very tough injuries, but no excuses, they will line up and play hard, like they have all season. We will have to force turnovers on D and be efficient on O, which will be harder without Toomer or Brewer (I have no idea on their actual status, just going by what's posted here.)

I got faith in this coaching staff and kids, and win or lose they still played hard all season and the future is very bright. Go Dores.

I'm going to say this game will be a lot closer than what people think. Perry county has really turned it on last couple weeks.

Perry got better, we lost our QB and had to play a couple of games at Corbin and Tates Creek without a starting QB. and the Johnson Central game. I think these games would have been closer with our starting QB. Now Im not saying we would have won but they would have been closer and this friday night I may be wrong but it will be a good game give coach Haddix praise for the scheduling I thought it was to hard at the beginning of the year but he was right he was getting them ready for November. The loss at Letcher was a fluke. The others was legit. No one on here likes Perry that much either we cheat or try to hurt someone, but the Truth is our Football program is getting better and the youth Football is pretty good also so Perry will only get better as time goes on.

64SUR dont count your chickens before they hatch or Bees. Dixon is one of the best young coaches in the State. I know you all will throw 50 times against them but if you cant run the ball your in trouble because Hazard will physcially abuse you with Jones. And I dont think you have a kid that can cover Hudson either. Next Friday we see but you still got to beat Pineville and I say it closer than 2 weeks ago.

I think Perry can force Pulaski into some turnovers, but the offense worries me. I think our best chance on offense at this point is the read-option with Pray at QB.

Brewer has a knee injury and I don't know his status for sure...
heard it was a meniscus.

Toomer is walking around with a hard cast on his arm. It's broken, he's out.

Agreed, forcing turnovers will be a must to win this. Pray in the read option has been very effective at times this year. With Napier on the field we could work a 2 QB set and hopefully give Pulaski several different looks on O and keep them on their toes.

Very sorry to hear about Brewer and Toomer, both seniors, I hope both of them have quick and full recoveries.

We travel relatively well, I just hope the cold weather doesn't discourage too many from attending this one.

You guys cant beat North Laurel, you sure dont want nothing to do with the Hazard Bulldogs.

I think the low is only in the 40% range, so it should be pretty good.
#77
Fridays forecast is calling for a high of 57 & low of 43. Perfect weather for football. Shouldn't stop either fanbase from showing up. I know the Pulaski side will be rocking, always is!

64SUR, i'm a Perry Central diehard and when you guys play Hazard, i'll be one of Williamsburg's biggest fans.

Haddix will have the Commodores ready to play on friday, that is certain. This game will be a lot more competitive than some people may think. Good luck to PCC and Coach Haddix.

I'll have nothing holding me back from this one lol

I hope Pulaski wins and HC wins...just to see the show down in Pulaski Co.

I think Pc takes care of business and PCC.

My turn to say........Really? Really??

While you're growing tired, I have been tired of hearing it for a long time. I have been hearing the same thing since September 8th. "Pulaski hasn't played anybody, they haven't played a team like us!" and what has Pulaski done every week? WIN!

I am not hating in any shape, form, or fashion. I am simply speaking the truth and the truth DOES hurt!

lol, I think you are mistaken with the basketball threads! I guess you or all Perry Central fans for that matter wouldn't know what its like to be the #2 team in 5A. How is it arrogant to predict 56-7 when Harlan County(#7 in 5A) beat PCC 57-12 and Johnson Central(#3 in 4A) beat you 53-7?! Riddle me that!

Pulaski will roll in this game; even though I wouldn't mind seeing the upset!!

Wink

Good luck to both teams, and have an injury free game!!

Im going to say and I may be wrong one of the two Harlan County or Pulaski County will lose tonight. Everyone on here wants to see Harlan and Pulaksi play but I just think one will lose tonight and both are playing at Home.

I had nothing to say about your prediction, that's your own opinion. I only took offense with the seeming blatant lack of respect for Perry, saying they essentially don't have a chance. I don't care if you predicted 216-0 and meant it. Perry didn't luck into this game or anything, they earned it.

And, to the bolded, lol. Yes, that's such a big deal.

Other than Southern, Pulaski has played a weak schedule. I think they will win but pulling for PCC! Would love to see it, but Ill be watching the Bears take down the Eagles.

AGAIN!!!!!!!

Other than the 3 games HC was embarrassed in they have played a weak schedule. I think they will win but pulling for MS! Would love to see it, but I'll be watching the Maroons take down the Commadores. Again!!!!!!!!

I added that in there because I thought you would get the point but, I guess not! When you're undefeated and #2 in 5A, its not arrogance, it's confidence!
