Whitaker with a great game for Leslie County. Jackson was huge for the Colonels tonight. Whitley gutted out a tough win.Whitley with over 500 yards total offense.

Woods is tough as nails. He took some shots tonight and never blinked.
Leslie couldn't get off the field on 3rd down.. I'd love to see Whitley's conversion percentage on 3rd downs...

Luke drove Leslie County crazy on 3rd down last night. He would either scramble and run or scramble and throw at the last minute. It is amazing how he finds kids to throw to after extending plays.

Poor old Cherokee had to resort to bashing radio guys when Corbin could only muster one first down and Leslie could not even beat old Whitley County. (Also a team he lives to bash).

Bottom line Luke Woods is the best pure athlete and competitor and is a superior QB to anyone in the Tri-County area.

BTW how many first downs did Corbin have last night. Not exactly an offensive output to strike fear into opponents

Really you call this bashing the announcer? but since you had to go there it makes me wonder if the announcers were fantasizing. But we all know what happened when the last Sizemore played on that field it was a 35-14(7-8 passing with 1 td and 3 rushing T.D's) rump kicking that Corbin gave out in the Whitley Super Bowl. If I had a vote for area player of the year I would vote for Luke nobody does more for his team than him, and he is a great role model and student. Where have you been have not seen you post since that game.
