I dont agree with you on the defense side of the ball. In only 4 games they have done given up 73 points. Last year in 10 games they only gave up 64 pts.

I would agree with you 09. The one thing though I think I'm seeing is the Boyle defense is getting better each week. I think the loss of the secondary hurt them but they are making adjustments since the first game and seem to be on pace to peak come playoff time. Most of those points were given up in the first game and there have been nagging injuries to this defense that are healing each week. This week will be a key test for them because of Danville's speed and ability to throw as well as run. :Thumbs:

The reason i said that about the defense is because i see the improvement from week to week that you guys cant see because you dont watch them play every week,against the run they are just as good as last year.in the secondary they had some problems the early on that have been corrected.by seasons end i expect to see the point total per game allowed to be down in the single digits.

Second of all Jack Lamberth you are blind if you think this years QB is even remotely good that kid is horrible. He has thrown 5 touchdowns to 4 picks. Danville may not win this game but they are going to be in it. I'll take them by a touchdown. If they don't turn the ball over they are great. I will also say this since you Boyle County fans are so cocky you better enjoy the run this year even though it will end before a state championship because I have seen your middle school teams the last two years and they are horrible. You heard it here first Boyle County's run is over.

Absolutely right. As I watched the Boyle County/Danville game last year I looked up into the stands of Danville and I became very disappointed with the fan base of Danville. Why? I think that this game should be dropped after this year. The gate is split every year and Danville gets half regardless of where the game is played. I don't know why Boyle is supporting the Danville football program. Half the people on the Danville side when the game is at Danville are Boyle fans. I always set on their side because there are no seats on the Boyle side. Boyle should either drop the game or get a larger percentage of the gate fees. The Danville program is in shambles and their fans know it and don't show up for the games.
