Much better defensive effort for the Rebels. Mercer scored on a 20 yard pass play after a Boyle turnover and a kickoff return.

I agree with Lambert.
I'd also add that Mercer looked pitiful. With or without their starting QB and RB their line was atrocious.
Not a great measuring stick but Boyle executed pretty well. They seem to be improving and that is what you want to do at this time of the year. :Thumbs:
