Better effort tonight for Estill. Still need to cut down on the turnovers and penalties. Hopefully this is the beginning of better things to come for the Engineers.

I like the call going for the win if there wasnt much time left. Either outcome would have, or will help Pineville. Pineville showed they can come back on a good team after trailing the whole game. Pineville should win these next two games then they bring in almighty hazard to see how they match up.

I believe there was a significant amount of time left 3 minutes +, Estill ran the clock down not to mention was inside the ten when Pineville tried to let them score, the Estill player dropped to the ground, they took a knee and ran the clock out.

i do agree for the tie but as i stated they where behind the whole game and i guess they didnt think they could stop estill from scoring again. It showed they couldnt stop um. Estills offense is time cosuming and maybe they thought if they went for the win, that estil wouldnt have enough time to go down and score.

Well to be correct, Estill won the toss and elected to defer. And it was also a punt that Estill muffed, not a kickoff.

But all in all it was a good win for the Engineers of Estill Co. Now it's time to head to Jackson and play the most important game of the year!

i wasn't for sure cause i got there right at game time, left at 4:30 and got there around 7:30, stopped and ate

So was this a competitive game? Did Pineville look good? Do you consider them a good playoff team. How will they fair against Hazard and Williamsburg?

It was a competitive game? Both teams showed a lot of heart when things got tough. That is something Estill has had trouble with this year.

By the way just wanted give the community of Pineville a big :Thumbs: for the cancer awareness event. I thought that it was fine tribute to both survivors and those that have lost the battle to cancer. Maybe next time you guys do something like this you can get the opposing community involved and raise even more money.
