This years senior class went to louisville, and beat Trinity as freshman.

I don't think ACS will win, but their rushing attack may be the best Boyle has seen all year. I understand they have seen Jude, but the Patriots have three high caliber runners and a strong line. People have been all over the Patriot's schedule for the last two weeks, and it hasn't changed the result yet.
East was the best rushing team they seen all year. And in the playoffs they held Thomas, who IMO is one of the top Jr. RB in the state under 100 yards. If ACS gets 240 that East got I will be surprised. And East Had A 2400 yard and a 1000 yard rusher, Boyle will load up and stop the run if you can't pass.
Boyle by 3 tds

Really.240 1st game and 180 2nd game and Bell had 78. Im confused.

Boyle changed their entire offense and defense for this game, and East still rushed for 180 yards. And East was about 80% healthy. It wasn't at all about your Defense getting healthy it was about East not changing one thing. I will say one word JUICE

Boyle is certainly a force in 4A; they will take the State Title in 4A this season.

I dont agree joejoe,it was about Boyle being healthy we had 4 defensive starters out the first game, and we didnt change our entire defense just for East.our offensive game plan may have been a little different, but we didnt change our entire offense either.

Boyle started 3 different linebackers than they did the first game because of injury. That was the difference. Lamar had 32 tackles the first game. 32 !!
No one player should have that many tackles. Juice???

Well it really stinks for us Bell fans that we're not in the state finals but no matter how we look at the game and how bad or how good we played, we lost. No excuses. We played terrible. I think it was due to us coming out flat and staying that way for most of the game and also the fact that Boyle came out ready to play. They came to our field and won. I'm excited for ACS being in their first state title game so enjoy it. But, Boyle will win this game and I won't be surprised if it's not by at least 3-4 tds. I'm not knocking ACS at all. Boyle has a good team, a very good team. They'll be one tough bunch to beat. Good luck to both teams. Hope both teams take it all in and enjoy every single bit of it.....Good job by both teams this year!

Good Luck in the Championship game, I wanted to come to it but have to work. Does our district have an all district team and if so do you know when it is releaesd. And I agree you all do have one of the best D's in the state.

Well I'll get to see my first Rebel action this Friday at WKU. That is just plain sorry isn't it? That will be the first game I have seen since the loss to Bell two years ago... Other priorities have been in the way. Oh well... work is overrated! Thank to know1 for alerting me to this site.

There is no all district team. Coaches association will release a district coach and player of the year but no team.
No prob about the juice thing. Just didn't understand.

seems like every year every team boyle county faces are bigger than the rebels .but their speed and quickness wins out.so with that said i will take the rebels 35-10.

Not true. You went to the Boyle v. East Jessamine game last year (2009) and watched Reese break the school rushing record on the muddiest field I've ever seen. Your memory of that game must be a bit dim!

By golly you are correct. I was thinking that surely it had not been that long since I had been to a game. Thanks for reminding me. You are correct... I have had many distractions between that game and today. Back when I had a "semi-real" job, I think we went to 60+ games in a row when we were winning all those state titles in a row before losing to those NKY rejects, Highlands. Now you Bluebirds, do not get your panties ruffled... I am only kidding. We get to beat up on you for the next two years at least... maybe twice per year!

Any Rebel fans going early to tailgate in the parking lot? I'm thinking we might do this if the weather is somewhat nice.
12-01-2010, 01:35 PM
Rebels by 21 in this one. I think our offense is to diverse to stop. I believe our defense will be fired up and hold ACS to under 125 yds rushing. Finish the Fight!!!

We are going down and to get there a few hrs early and tailgate. For one to beat the traffic and two we will be in a 40ft RV and had a time last year with parking and trying to get out after the game. I don't know how much parking will be left with us playing the last game.
