Allen Co-Scottsville vs. Boyle Co. (4A State Finals)
Rebel55 Wrote:Any Rebel fans going early to tailgate in the parking lot? I'm thinking we might do this if the weather is somewhat nice.

Just hoping I can get to my seat by kickoff.

Truthfully I do not see that as a problem. With 2 other games before I expect the game start time to be pushed back. Last year wasn't the Highlands game 1-2 hours late.
Exactly 32 hours left until kickoff!!!!!!!!!

May you always be right. A little late would help me tremendously.

What happens if they are running late? Where do the fans for the next game wait until they can enter for their game?

Boyle had 2 overtimes, that could be a reason for delay....last yr
I just came inside and it is flat-dab cold here in Boyle County. I hope it warms up a little before tomorrow's game - which is now only 29 hours and 25 minutes away. Bowling Green, here we come! Go REBELS

I was hoping to catch the 2A final before ours. Are we not allowed in til a certain time? Surely I can get in for the second game, right?

I read where after the game they are to clear the stands and another ticket would have to be bought for the next game. Now the question is can the KHSAA get the stands cleared? They tried this in Louisville, but no one left after the game.

True. Owensboro Catholic leads Class 2A in passing and Hazard leads 1A in passing. If one team or both teams get behind the games will go over their expected time. Both of these games are played before the Boyle / ACS game. You heard it right here, The Boyle / ACS game will not start on time.

Last year all the Fort Campbell / DeSales fans had to waite outside the stadium untill after the Boyle / Lone Oak game was over. I remember them watching the overtimes through the endzone fence.
I think we just need to bring the A game Boyle put your minds to it and bring home numba 7

We better bring the 'A' game from the very first play! I don't wanna 22-7 deficit at half again!

Sorry 87 I just had to say it. Thanks and the same to you on a safe short trip.
Snappy post 55. Left myself open for that one. Unfortunately Big Red's waistline and mine are beginning to look more and more alike. Have a safe drive.

Really? I think that may be doubtful, but even if it's not, what would be the point. It would only be white on one side and the fans would be looking across and only see red.
adopted purple Wrote:This is Allen Countys first state championship game in any sport. They have never made it to the finals in any sport. They are really excited and rightfully so.

Softball did, and ACS won 5 state titles with Chris Young in Track and XC Wink
