I just [CHAT] on BGR

Everyone on here pray for my little cousin. He had his tonsils and adnoids took out today as well as tubes in his ears. He also had surgery on his eyes about this time last year. He has went through a lot to just be 5 years old so please pray. Figured I'd just post it on here instead of starting a new thread.

I feel for ya. My 7y/o had his tonsils and adnoids taken out today also. I can tell you from experience from my oldest boy, he will feel much better and be sick less often. He will be like another child. The tubes will help tremendously too. My daughter had tube a couple of years ago, she could hear so much better and I don't think she has had an ear infection since.
All this will help him in the long run.

This post makes me feel a lot better. He is a tough one so I'd say he will pull through. Also prayers for your son.

My nephew tore his ACL at the begining of this season. He had the surgery and has worked hard and done the proper rehabilitaion. He will be a Junior next year!...Before this happened he had a rock solid place on the team and was beginng to build quite the reputation as a player!

I'm worried that he is going to be replaced cause of his injury and not being able to play this year!...I've seen that happen.

Also!...I'm worried that he will have a mental block and be afraid to re-injure himself and not push himself to preform.....Seen that too!

Any advice?

Don't know yet, my first instinct might be drinking and celebrating with some friends..

Depends on whether or not the ex is taking the night off with the baby, if thats the case it will be Mr. Mom for New Years.
