Jackson Co. makes the trip to Louisa to take on a young but talented Bulldog team that is coming off of a loss last week to Ashland. Thoughts??

With no injuried players returning for this one LC wins by three TDs if they return BLOW OUT!

Three players that LC couldnt afford to lose before the season just ended up being the main three that got injured. Clay, Bentley and Wellman. Last Friday showed all the young talent LC has and that talent will develop. However, having mature football players whom are older and experienced is always a plus.

LC could play their JV the whole game and win by 50.

TBH all three are key for this team. Wellman was the best LB on the team.

Clay is huge too. Kid can play.

I thought Morgan O'Brien did a great job returning kicks for LC. Give that boy a little bit of daylight and he has the wheels to get gone.

Good Luck to the Dawgs.

not hardly.. jake marcum is better at that position and can really replace him and not be missed... jus sayin.... as for clay, very unimpressive in the red black game.
if you want to talk LC's faults lets talk about maybe the secondary? i mean once ashland found out they could throw didnt they do that all night on em? yes they did. sounds like a change in the lineup to me. and maybe something to get rid of those cramps way to early to see that already.

My opinions of Clay come from the last couple seasons. I didn't see the Red/Black game. He has speed and is a playmaker. LC missed him Friday.

LC wins big... Jackson Co. are a WEAK opponent... This game should get their heads up after this weeks loss.

Like PT said LC's JV could beat jackson county.

Wellman is by far the best LB on the team IMO. Wellman has tremendous nose for the ball and is in on or around the ball every play.

Wellman is a stud at linebacker and has a nose for the football just watch any game last year and you can see that. There are a few new kids to the team this year who are athletic but haven't played in a while so they need to work harder to not play out of position and give up big plays.
There were a lot of positives from the game Friday night, they just need to improve on that and get ready for a tough road schedule coming up.

section 123, obviously your a fan, but its apparent you know nothing about football. marcum is a tank and a stud, but Wellman clearly was missed, and is without a doubt the best LB on the team. dont take my word for it. look at last years stats, he was a sophmore. Hopefully wellman and clay are back to 100% in a couple weeks. I would add, that we should throw the ball alot more, Kiser is too good not too.

It should look like this offensively for LC:
If you have Clay, Marcum and O'Brien then the Wing-T should be used. Speed on speed with those two wings available.
If you have Marcum, Goble and O'Brien then they should look more to a Power I and Wishbone sets. Goble and Marcum can both run inside which would set up blast plays for O'Brien off tackle and even the play action pass.

Exactly spot on. Additionally, he or she said it was way to early to have cramping problems. Most cramping occurs in the first few games due to not being in as good of shape and the heat at this time of year. Just another statement that shows the football knowledge of this individuals post.

I'll take LC in this one but not really for sure about predicting a score, but I say by at least 21.
