Who Wins And Why
I am going to the oc 42-14
#2
^ I would agree with that score. I honestly don't think GC can score 14 though
#3
oc 35-7

If they play like the usual Grant team then Owen should win. BIG

You just might want to wait before you underestimate Grant. From what I heard, other than the points they scored, they were inside the 15 three other times but ended up with nothing. Harrison is a pretty good team, and for Grant to have put up 14 and could have put up another 21, well that would give them the win but that's also tremendous improvement! When those kids get things clicking, they will be something to watch, IMO.

yes but with a new coach playing his player until they dehydrated
i will take coach fowler better coach and better talent

the only kid i belive was dehydrated only played 1 quarter or 2 maybe wasnt the coaches fault... plus how do you know he is a better coach gc has only coach 1 game... this is the same teams that have played for the last couple years. owen only one by one last year. gc has a new qb this year and will only be his second game there. overalll they have a huge improvement from last year. i wouldnt bet on a big win.

how can you say they have a huge improvement from last year justin lomis score 90% of their touchdowns last year then there coach get fired and there starteing qb go to ryle

No real great loss on losing the old coach and old QB. Better attitude with no favorites getting special treatment at practice. Even if GC loses the players are being taught more about football and teamwork then the old staff ever did.

I think the coaches of the previous staff know alot of football. It sounds like NM and 40 have a personal issue with the previous staff. I can assure you that the Braves are working hard and will be ready and prepared for the Rebels. It is a rival game and anything can happen. Owen has a good team this year and Grant is learning a new system, both teams can be explosive should be interesting. All I know is for sure that referencing to the past will do the Braves No good, focus on this year and let go of the past. Only time will tell and Saturday about 8 pm the focus will be on Owen

Not living in the past just commenting on Rebel's statement about GC losing so much so called talent. This years team will be better then last years, which isn't saying too much. It may take a little time, there are only 4 coaches on staff because the school district mainly cares about basketball, don't ask me why. The district cares more about putting in a 625,000 dollar press box with no air conditioning then turfing their poorly designed grass field. That all being said I think the new coach will instill a new attitude in the GC players. Looking forward to the game.

you are correct loomis did score most of the tds, when they even scored. 90% of not much is not much. and the only reason there qb left was because his daddy got fired. the only reason he was a qb was beacuse of his daddy. the qb they have now is twice the player. they can acually throw the ball now!!! instead of running loomis to death. not saying they are a powerhouse but i belive they are a better team. not even saying they will win. but alot prouder of the team on the field this year compared to last... if you dont think they have improved either you havent been watching or you do not know football. if you think last years qb is better than caudill either you didnt watch last year or you dont know football.....

I completely agree with UNREGISTERED. The boys will not win many this year, but the level of skill that they are showing on the field other than just handing it off to someone to run the ball all the time is great to watch. You have to keep in mind that this is all these boys are taught to do from the youth league up. Throwing the ball is something totally new to these boys. There is a much better attitude coming from the boys this year under the new head coach. The O-line looks great and are executing well. Defense is doing well at stopping the run, they really need to work on the pass play. We are throwing the ball much more(even if we are only completing half) so we are not as predictable on every play. Special teams needs some attention. They have all the right pieces they just have to put it all together to make it work and win some games.
