Actually, being in the farm business, i know where hes coming from.
A lot of people around here do the same.
Its just an easy way to get rid of crap (no pun intended)
He's prolly already got his stalls cleaned, just needs someone to come and load it themsleves for free, which IMO is a fair deal considering how much it would cost you to go buy.
I gave away a crap load (no pun intended again lol) last year but i usually spread mine out with a manure spreader.

If your a garden person, its a great deal.
