I'm sure he did and will again, but it will be a long night if he doesn't have more help tackling than he did against Rock. Don't know what Bryant was like last year, but he requires a bit of gang tackling to get down. He hits the hole harder than anyone we've seen this year. The one thing is he doesn't have a lot of speed. So, if he gets through he's not going to go too far.

Bryant only played defense last year and had a few snaps at Tight end.
Whitley continues to get the bruising fullback in.
Against PCC you better believe he will see atleast 30 carries and a lot of clock chewing to try to keep perry off the field.
And yes Robinson is a good player, prolly the best linebacker in the mountains, but he will not bring down Bryant by himself. They have to gang tackle this kid.

We really do.
We've had some monster over the last 5 or 6 years.
Bryant is probably the biggest, but alsso the slowest weve had under this offense.
As ive stated before, Whitley relies heavily on the FB to open other things up and im sure PCC knows this first hand.
Best thing is, Bryants is a junior and like 99% of both the offense and defense, will be back next year.

I think people take for granted how much potential Whitley has.
I wouldnt be surprised at all to see Whitley beat PCC, but i dont think we can for the simple fact we CANT stop the pass. To many sophomore and freshman D backs for Whitley.
However, Bryant will gain 3-4 yards a carry every night. The kid is about 6-3 or 6-4 and prolly every bit of 260 pounds and that might be generous.
If we can chew up clock, and a lot of it, we might be okay.
