Id like too see your accomplishments and for your information. 7 kids on that team went on to play ball.....devon foster plays at campbellsville and runs a sub 4.5 dont be suprised if he transfers to a bigger school soon . and we did stomp paducah tilghman in the regular season that year who went on to win state...much much more than you madisonville maroons will ever do....

Bobcat Nation has 5 Charter Buses full already and will pull out next Friday morning at 11am. The 3Hr drive will not be a problem. We are still filling up more.

I haven't seen Bell Co. play this year but I did see Central play at Papa Johns earlier this year. This is going to be a great game. I think Central still wins though. They just got too many horses. Good luck to both teams though.

I mentioned this last week, but I can not stress enough the importance of Bell protecting the ball. Everyone knows discussing the lack of turnovers are status-quo when it comes to close matchups, but with Central it takes a whole new meaning. Central may very well be the most lethal quick change points team in the entire state. A turnover to the Yellowjackets may not just mean flipping the field and a switch in momentum, it could turn into a shift in the scoreboard.


Last week against Corbin, Central scored 21 points off fumble and interception returns alone! Corbin played 6 teams who only scored 3 TD's total against them,,, Central scored 3 TD's with their defense.

What central player are u saying turned to drugs & crime. Off the team I coached in 94-97 we have 1 high school principle, 4 attorneys out of our law program, 2 physicians from our medicine magnet, just off that team , TICA u didn't answer my question regarding the # of fans we bought to Paducah for centrals lone 3a loss . Now show a picture of our stadium against a foe from Louisville . 3a is not something the city of Lou is interested in. Show the crowd against X, Ballard , manual ect.

Nobody is saying that, he was simply saying parent involvement is needed everywhere to keep kids out of trouble, in Louisville, Lexington, Paducah, Pineville and everywhere in between. Quit trying to light a fire where there is not 1!!!:flame:

Coachdad, I'm a Boyle fan, not a Bell fan.

But you obviously don't know the history of Middlesboro vs. Bell. The Yellowjackets dropped the Bobcats because the games were one sided. It left a bad taste in the mouth of the county school. They still played in other sports, just not football.

The rivalry was just renewed and my guess is if the shirt portrayed a yellowjacket as a baby it was slam at Middlesboro for not playing them.

I understand that you don't know much about the history of the programs in the SE end of the state and that's understandable. Why should you? But I think you can see that it was an honest misinterpretation by you of a shirt. I can see why you saw it as one thing, but I think you can see now why you may have misinterpreted it. :Thumbs:

This week get used to the song Black & Yellow playing at ear splitting levels because that's what you will hear in pregame. Know your foe better than he knows you.

Take your band and the biggest crowd Central has ever seen. Maybe they will be respectful enough turn the rap music down and let your band play but don't count on it.

Learn to laugh when Ty and the Central players taunt you before the game. Same with the 'kracker' trash talk you will hear on the field.

Odds are Central's team will try to run through your pregame warmup drills - just to try to get inside your head and jack with your mind. Smile.

Play your game. Spy Ace. Sustain your drives. Hit like heck. Behave like men. Shake hands afterward.

May you live to fight another day at either Fort Campbell or Tilghman.

its because of how the teams fall.
There are SO MANY 3A football teams in the east compared to the west.
Thats why teams like Bell and Corbin are in the west. There is only one 3A region west of Corbin or pretty much there is only one region west of I 75 while the other 3 are all teams east of I 75.

I would say ALOT would make the trip out West if we win tomorrow, due to it being a State-Semi game. ALOT of people will be off work due to the Holidays. I hope we can load up a ton of Charters and head out early that Friday morning. :Thumbs:
