President Obama's 2011 Hawaii site
#2
I never realized that 100 rounds of golf could be so tiring and stressful.

17 days, quite a vacation. Probably will be Obama's most productive days in the white house because he at least won't be screwing anything up.
#4
Alright, alright, you've been waiting for this. If I were Obama, and the country is in as bad a shape as it's in, with unemployment and all, I don't think I would have went on a three week vacation to Hawaii.
#5
Why not he's just trying to get away from all of it while still staying in the US
#6
That is a bit long, even for the President. The toughest job on earth. But that's longer than the two weeks I get to spend at home, lol..Oh well...

Nah, I look at it this way, he went there to BOOST the economy.... He sure dumped enough money there to stimulate their economy!:yikes:

If Obama cured cancer they would blame him for a down turn in the funeral business.

If Obama did anything that was positive for the nation, there would be a turn down in the funeral business

You do know the joint congressional committee failed just like it was designed to do. Cut spending is the only thing to cut the deficit

You can't really compare the vacations of past Presidents to the current one...like stated in that article, President GW Bush took more vacation days in his first year of his administration than President Obama did in his first year. But, President Bush didn't have a war on his hands and another just ending. He didn't have to lead a country out of a recession, or have to deal with a Congress and House that can't agree with each other even for the good of the country, and deal with the most serious debt in our history.

It's just not the same, at all. Also, I don't think a true "vacation" really exists for a President...wherever he is, at whatever time, he can and does make the decisions that keep us going. However, it's easy to tell when a President actually puts effort into that from when they don't. And I think that President Obama has put the least amount of work and effort into his Presidency than any in recent times...He just looks like he doesn't care. Like I've said, many times, we need a leader. Pres Obama is alot of things, but he is nowhere close to being a leader. You can be molded into it, but most of the ability to lead and the gut you need for it is in your DNA. You just have to be born with it.

We really, really need a leader right now. And we still have another year to go of war and uncertainty with nearly everything before we have the possibility of getting one..
