SK, they also lost Alan Boggs, Justin Smith, & i think Robbie Hopkins to graduation. I think there are a few more, but thats all i can think of at this time. Maybe some Hawk fans can let us know.
As far as the season goes they could surprise a few teams. I know the JV squad looked good toward the end of the season. If i'm not mistaken the same guys either won or was runner up county champs in grade school.
I dont think there at a level to compete with Belfry yet, but could have a better season than expected after all the key players lost. I say 6-4.

I had to go back to the 2010 season and count the JR's because he didn't list the Seniors last season. Pike Central loses 11 players including Shouse to Breathitt

You answered my question. Was looking for confirmation on what uniform he was wearing this year... Black & Red or Orange & Blue. Black and Red it is.

Hey Pike Central Fans. I'm hearing a RUMOR that Chapman is now gone. I'm also hearing Wes will be a Panther this year. Can anyone confirm this? I might also add that the RUMOR was from high school students.

Just seen that Justin Cox, the QB from Powell WILL be playing for Pike Central this up-coming season.

Where did you see this at?
#25
Inside information.

Plus, the fact that he was telling his Powell County friends on Facebook goodbye and even posted a picture of a Pike Central letterman's jacket.
#26
Stay tuned ladies and gentlemen.

Whats the word Panther Thunder? Pugh on his way to Pikeville? Coaching moves?

Give us the low down Wink

I will give Central credit, they know how to keep it entertaining up on the Hill:

- Transfers
- Investigations
- Coaching Changes
- Hirings
- Controversial Coaching Decisions/Actions
- Players Leaving, Then Returning, Then Leaving

They certainly are one of the most active programs in the off-season and create debate when it is otherwise slow and quiet.

They would trade all that for West Virginia in a heartbeat.

Pikeville and Belfry both have had their share of West Virginia.

Pikeville seems to be raiding Phelps, Johnson County, and Lawrence here recently though
