Always a good scrimmage for both teams. Belfry always gets a test against a spread offense and an aggressive defense. Hazard gets to go against a team bigger than them with a better running game then they will ever have to face from another 1A team.
The 10 play format typically works to Hazard's advantage because their offense is better equipped to score in a drive with 10 plays in it. Very beneficial scrimmage for both for sure.

I agree EKU, A match up with hazard usually gives belfry a similar look at a team like louisville central or a Paducah tilghman with lots a of speed. Hazard gets to work on stopping the run because u could have atleast 3 players burn u in an offfense like belfrys. All in All it works out to get these boys ready for a post season run and a chance at a state title.

Always fun to watch, getting to see a top team in both 1A and 3A. This is where we find out who from Belfry can play.
