Whitley had over 400 yards total offense but Russell still won the game. They were aided by a pick six, and Whitley going for it late in the game giving them a short field, and a bad snap on a punt.

HAHA, Russel County looked real good last year tell the titans came to town and whooped up on them in the play offs and ended their good season. The running back is the real deal but not sure about the defense???!!!!

Yea, Whitley may only lose by 20 instead of 30. Wasn't Britt limited in this game due to an illness? If so, I doubt Whitley could make it any closer now.

I do not believe they could beat Highlands, but IMO, they'll get by Lex Cath without Bolin, and Boyle County has been less than impressive.

Posting a hit on wr that was a penalty isn't showing good defense. In fact hitting is only a fraction of what a good defense does.

So I'm a little lost here. Is the OP saying that the defense is amazing cause they had two big hits?? Granted they were good hits, but the first one still caught a pass for what looked like a first down, and the second one caught the pass but it was dislodged due to the big hit.
