Which game this week will be the best first round matchup? I've seen one post talking about Ashland vs Holmes in 4A. My vote is Anderson County (Max Preps #6) vs Cooper (Max Preps #4) in 5A. Any others? Any #4 got a shot against a #1?

3A.... Garrard vs. Russell. This is a rematch from last year GC 40-6. However, GC lost some experience but is playing extremely sound the last few games. Coach Scenters has the team right where he wants them. Russell looks very sound on paper..... Similar record for the season ...... I'm willing to bet the game will be a very intense game from start to finish!

It should be a good game indeed. Larue has been hanging by a thread all year long due to the fact that they actually only play 13-14 kids. I know for a fact that they have nine kids that never come off the field for them. It's actually amazing that they are 5-5 given their serious lack of depth.
