1. Monroe County- The Falcons rode a strong post seaosn to quality wins over Paducah Tilghman and South Warren to reach the Semi-Finals where they gave Central all they wanted on the road.
Their lone loss was on the regular season was to a 13-1 4A Semi-Finalist.
2. Russell County- A 2nd round stumble to Boyle County proved the downfall of the previously undefeated Lakers.
3. Somerset- The Briar Jumpers run took them to the Semi-Finals before losing to the eventual State Champs. Breathitt and Whitley (their only losses) did them no favors falling in the playoffs decisively.
4. Wayne County- The Cards, like Monroe, pushed Central to the brink on the road. Still a 2nd Round exit and a lack of quality wins keep the Cards off the top.
5. Glasgow- The Scotties default into #5 by way of a solid post-season run, a narrow defeat, and their previous 2 losses being to fellow SKY Top 5 teams Monroe and Somerset.
