And all these judgments are being made on mountain basketball. While I love it, it's very different than basketball in Lexington/Louisville. IFthis kid has a legitimate D1 skill set, it's a disservice to him to be playing in the mountains against a bunch of slow kids.

Wow that is a crazy statement. I guess what KCC has done the past two season at the Republic Bank Classic in LEXINGTON does not stack up right? How many state champions has Lexington produced in the last 20 years or for that matter Louisville vs the 12-16 regions? The biggest problem with mountain boys is there tendency to want to stay home.

Not sure what part you did not like but sometimes the truth hurts, we can go back in the day and look at the trend of our mountain players. Hall from Virgie was starting at KY and transfered back to Pikeville, Pietrowski from Corbin went to LSU and came back to Cumberland, to many to mention them all, but just lately Justice from Shelby Valley left Louisville to come back to Pikeville. Lexington and Louisville players are slow too!! Ever seen Quinten Snyder play from Ballard, Daryl Hicks from Trinity, Dominique Hawkins from Madison Central, Sweet Washington from Layfayette, Troutman from Bullitt East, the list goes on, and I think some of these guys maybe signing at our local D1's Snyder has committed to U of L and Willis has committed to UK.

Quentin Snider is the best pg in the state and is just class of 2014. Q.snider is also the best pg in the state regardless of class..
