Hazard 32 - Somerset 28
#1
final from hazard. both teams play there heart out. this is one of them game you don't want to see the other team to lose.

somerset was drive to take the lead. hazard int inside the 5, with less then a min to go.
#2
Sounded like a hard fought if not well played game. Good Luck Bulldogs the rest of the way!
#3
this game could have went either way. good luck to Somerset on the rest of there season also.

"How Bout Them Dawgs"

Jones had great game for Hazard. Any stats? Congrats to both teams!
#6
Doesn't concern me in the slightest. Hazard is a tough team playing on their home field and we were without our 1st and 2nd RB, one of our LBs and then I think Gilmore went down in this game. If we can get healthy we will be fine. Congrats to Hazard and best of luck the rest of the way.

I know he have 4 TDS, two 3 yards, 34 yards, and 69 yards. he have over 100 yards in the game.
#8
Just what I thought.
#9
Congrats to Hazard on a big win.
#10
Hazard also had four starters out as well.
#11
Somerset played an excellent game and I think they only had 1 turnover and that was the int at the close end of the game. Hazard had several bone head penatlys and fumbles. The stuff by playoff time must be corrected. Glad to see hazard get the win and first time beating somerset in like a coons age. And to all the folks downing somerset you need not too. They are very good offensively and defense needs sum work but overall I think they played a good game.

Way to go Dawgs! Great win against an always tough Somerset!
#13

#14
I didn't miss this one but man I took a beating tonight on mine.
#15
Jones had close to 250 !!!!
#16
Great game from both teams! Hazard defense gets better every game and Jones on offense is amazing to watch. Somerset played well, could have went either way.

Pork, how is grilled rabbit?

^Seeems like it's on everyone's menu. Really thought the Jumpers were going to be better this year. Congrats to Hazard.
#19
^I still think they will be fine. They have done some nice things at times even with the depleted roster. Once everybody comes back I expect we will see a totally different team on the field.
#20
Somerset will be fine,, they are similar to Hazard in class size, so when u have kids go down it really hurts.

Somerset has some really good players and when they get everyone back they will be tough.

Hazard was missing 3 key guys, had some kids really step up though.

Hope both of these teams are at their best come mid to late November.
#21
Congrats on win Hazard
#22
Cong: to Hazard for a big win. Somerset keep head up and keep working and you will be fine a play-off time.
#23
Tough loss to a good team on the road. Nothing to hang your head about. We have to get healthy and start tackling better. Hopefully the first one will help with the second one. Good luck to Hazard and great game.

THe Somerset announcers had him over 200 yards. I'm not sure of the exact total.

#26

I agree with everything you have said mysonis55, the Somerset group is full of themselves, and they know who they are! They have won, done, nothing yet they talk like they are world beaters. Guess what? Move on you bunch of losers and wish for everything because you're not going to see the state finals. Again, all you bunnies talk about in preseason is "we got this and we got that". The only thing you got is a bunch of losses against teams who will never get out of their conferences. I've laid back waiting for your non-sense, so a little advice. Talk the talk when you can, otherwise, shut up!
