d1 colleges. In kentucky we have 3, uk, louisville, western ky
tennessee has middle tenn. Vanderbelt, university of tennessee, and memphis. I am not sure how it is determined, i think it is how many full scholarships you award, plus your schedule ohio has several miami, university of cincinnatti, akron, ohio university, ohio state, bowlingreen i know i am overlooking 2 maybe 3.
