Ok, our scrimmage is done. We started rather slow on offense. Milan had a large line and was fast as usual. We finally got it going though. Our JV beat their JV 10-3. Our Varsity won their portion 24-20. We did miss a field goal and we fumbled the ball through the end zone when we got tackled on their 2 yard line once. We looked fast. Our line looked like it made great adjustments in just a couple series. Overall, I think we looked like Mayfield.

Both quarterbacks looked very mobile.

Yes they did. I personally like the sets when the have 92 yard Bright and burner Jordan Tyler in the backfield at the same time.

I liked that as well same as I liked the power set with Hernandez. The o line definitely started off struggling, there was quite a few catches made that I thought would have been dropped.

I'm not sure if we are not quite as good or if Milan is a lot better this year than last, time will tell but they looked pretty good. We need to improve on tackling, and bringing guys down on contact, but we started off like that last year, and it was fixed by playoffs. We definitely shot ourselves in the foot with the fumbles.
