Coaching changes......
#1
I know that Richmond Model has just hired Bryan Stations' assistant for their head coaching job, but I was wondering if anyone was aware of any other changes? East Jessamine, Estill, Sayre, Corbin, Montgomery, Silver Grove and a couple others have filled theirs, but I haven't heard anything from Western Hills or Saint Henry? Have they been filled or are they taking their time? Does anyone know of anywhere else? I heard a rumor about Mason but don't think that was ever confirmed?

Gene has been around the past few years

Model is irrelevant.

It may take a couple of years but Sayre will be good! Clary and his coaches will get the players and they will be relevant if not this year, then soon!!!!!!!!

Actually this year should be the best team Sayre has had in a very long time. They also have a lot of young talent coming up as well. Sayre and Southern will both will be threats eventually in the 11th and I definitely wouldn't rule out either of them making a deep playoff run this year. If either of them were in a different region it would a higher probability, but having the two best teams in the state(Tates Creek/Central)in the same region will not make it easy for anyone. However, I could see one of them or both making some noise, especially if they can enter the regional tournament as a winner in the first round.

Paintsville will be making the trip up to Sayre this spring according to the KHSAA website

Paintsville has a descent schedule this year. I think they're also playing Henry Clay as well. By the time they play Sayre it should be a great test for them to see where they are at. Sayre only has a couple seniors with a lot of young talent. Should be a great test for both programs. If Paintsville can throw strikes they can compete with anyone.
