Corbin 2015
jamesdeane Wrote:According to the Corbin High School Athletics website, the scrimmage starts at 6:00. In the past the way 3 teams worked was team 1 vs team 2 for a half, then team 2 vs team 3 for a half, and finishing with team 1 vs team 3. That way every team plays a full game. I don't know if this year's scrimmage will work that way, but like I said, Corbin has done this several times in the past.

I saw Bell and Clay there last year. I hope to get to come tomorrow night.
64,I'm headed north.get the barbecue ready.
Corbin's qb didn't look so "lights out" Tnight. Thought he was lights out in passin scrimmage, guess real game is different
Corbin didn't look great tonite but it still early
Corbin sure didn't look like I expected.. However, for what it's worth it is a scrimmage and not a real game.... Offense struggled and the D played pretty good. Hard to get any rhythm going in the way it was played... The qb needs to improve quite a bit. No doubt!
There are several schools that will not look as good as many on here think they should , way to many loses to graduations.

This was close to a real game tonight and I thought Sizemore look like the best Qb on the field...Dear Abby :worthy:

Corbin better work on that pass defense this week or the Colonels will give them fits.

I agree 64 other than Harlan's #7 he was the biggest offensive threat on the field.

I agree he looks the best in pads, however he didn't play like the best. Unfortunately, you don't get points for looking the best. I liked his running ability and the decision making and timing will come. I saw a bunch of good looking athletes from all teams, but there is still some work to be done for these three teams. All three defenses played well and the offenses should all be effective in a couple weeks. It takes some time for offenses to get timing down.

I though all the teams looked good too.Leslie County could be dangerous on offense when they get their timing down.

Dear Abby, Dear Abby, I never thought me and my girlfriend would ever get caught

Sizemore will be fine, just some growing pains to get through...

is he better than Whitaker? ...Sizemore will be tough as he gains experience and the season progresses. I hope he knocks the pirates off.

like I said name me another offensive weapon on the field other than #7 from Harlan better than Sizemore, I would hate to think what the hounds would look like tonight without him!

I said I really liked his running ability, and the timing and decision making ability would come. And you want to get upset about it... What were his passing stats on the night? As I said all three offenses struggled, as should be expected in the first live scrimmage.

I asked you to tell me other than #7 from Harlan who was the biggest offensive threat on the field tonight genius and you can't answer the question? Don't get on here and talk out your a** unless you have something to back it up.
I never said he wasn't one of the best offensive players on the feild because he was defiantly Corbin's other than jewel. He had a few good runs. I Was just saying that on here not too long ago all I was seeing was he was lights out in 7 on 7, he wasn't so lights out Tnight as far as throwing. I don't know his stats, and I'm not taking anything away from the kid, he's a great player im only saying that I didn't see the lights out that you were tlking about.
Whitaker is better than Sizemore. He is also more experienced. That means a lot. I know he is your kid and he is going to be real good. JMO Whitaker is better right now.
Or that people were tlking about

Dude that was just my opinion tonight about #7 from Harlan if they gave a mvp player award tonight I would have gave it to #7 on offense is all I was saying. The Jewell kid look awesome running the ball for Corbin. After the first series with Harlan Corbin defense dominated the rest of the night period. Three contender team tonight in 2A,3A,and 5A :HitWall:

Crewe I'm sure Camron would not mind losing out to his 1st cousin who is a senior, at least you had a response.

I "defiantly" didn't see it either.
No losing at all. Great family of Qbs that go way back. Experience will come and he will be as good or better.
What do you mean I forgot to change my username? You commented on what I said.
