Tug Valley simply because they've been thru the wars and tough games. Phelps even though doing well still lack game experience and especially tough games. Tug Valley is a top notch WVa program.

I agree with TVHS-25, Phelps may have some Jr's & Sr's but lack experience that TV has. Plus have give props to TV QB making some big plays almost by himself
