I wonder why no other schools ( Trinity, Highlands, Mayfield etc ) don’t claim any of those championships. I know others would have had some.

Actually I think Manual, Ashland and some others still do. They just don’t list them as KHSAA titles

Because trinity didn’t open until ‘53 and didn’t win their first until ‘68

Corbin has a great defense, but have they played a team as physical and quick as central? this will be dog fight, I think Central will be to much specially after the confidence booster last Friday. Central 28-17..

I had thanksgiving dinner with a few of the hounds and they are focused and confident. They are enjoying going in as the underdog with nothing to lose.

Hounds 27 Jackets 24 because there is no stat line for heart. And that's one thing the hounds got plenty of this year.

I just checked Cal preps and they predicted LC 21 Corbin 17. But they also had belfry winning by 10. Like the OP said, you can’t predict heart and determination.
