Final.
Rock with their top two RBs ejected and still shred Whitley.
Not a good look for Whitley.

Not to put Rockcastle down, but they are down this year and no powerhouse. Horrible coaching job at Whitley County.

Proud of the rockets tonight. I thought Whitley would get us. I happly eat that crow. I felt the official let the game get out of hand. Gonna be tough to get through the next two weeks without the two best rb. Next man up

Outside a few Sr. Rock is extremely young.

Sorry pj but I was afraid they would be setting here, and next week bell. 1-3 you may get your coaching changes. I called it preseason. They may let him carry the loss from Harlan then you will have a new coach. Hopefully then Whitley can turn it around. Also heard there was a lot of kids tossed for fighting anytruth, and please donât mention names.

Hate to hear fighting in HS games

Not sure a coaching change would matter.
The same guy that hired this bunch as an AD is now the super.
Hed prolly being in Larry Welch next.

Sorry PJ Doug, No Rocket Burger from Marcella's. The Rock came to play tonight. The water boy may have gotten 50 yards behind the O line tonight. Best of luck to Whitley the rest of the season. 285 on the ground scattered equally among 5 runners.

I thought Whitley would take this one. Congrats Rock.

Congratulations Rock!!
I was only reading updates and didn't see or hear the game but it sounded to me like the officials allowed the game to get way out of hand. This is how injuries happen.

Rock has dominated Whitley up front last two years. Larry Welch couldn't win at Trinity.

Both RB's from Rock that got ejected were flat on their back with their helmets ripped off and trying to defend themselves. Officials were more worried about players not having a mouthpiece in between plays than keeping control of the game. Three players sent to the sideline for mouthpiece violations during dead ball periods. Insane

Most of what has been talked about on here has been how bad Whitley is or played at least. Rock's guys grew up after getting taken to the woodshed by Lincoln. The DB's played like they were sophomores last week but were game changers tonight. Aside from the one TD they were lights out, including a pick 6. So, Whitley passing attack wasn't much more successful than the run. The O line missed too many assignments at Lincoln and lost their mental edge. They dominated the LOS this week. Also a flicker of a passing game was seen. The development of an adequate passing game and the continued improvement of the DB's could make the difference for the Rock.

Whitley County will have a good program when and if they get the slithering types like you out of the system.

it seems like some coaches let it get out of hand too.

Whitley County played like an elementary school.

Way too much foolishness in the piles at the end of plays. Come up early next year and tell Marcella to give you a Rocket burger. Remind me next year and it's on me. Good luck to you guys. Not sure taking your mouthpiece during a dead ball period is a coached issue, especially when you put it back in on the way to the LOS. Hard to coach guys from trying to keep from getting the **** beat out of them after they are down in the pile.

Everything that happen last night can be blamed on the refs. The refs were the same one that ref the Mercer/Rock game two years ago when they said we didnât get the two point conversion. All the bad and late hits were being allowed by the refs had they ejected him after the penalty for leading with helmet then none of the rest would have happened. Kinda obvious when the rb has a cut above his eye busted lips and a decent cut on back of his head that something ainât being officiated correctly. At the end of the day you have to look out for the well being and safety of your players. Itâs never ok to allow any game to be officiated to the point that the game was last night. The actions last night are how you get young kids hurt for the season or careers.

Not enough adults in leadership roles for sure. If you have the energy to play dirty and run your mouth while losing you need your hind end chewed on and put on the bench.

it was embarrassing and I don't like the poor sportsmanship.Good luck to The Rockets the rest of the way. I try to go up through Rockcastle County every so often. I like to go to Marcella's and on up to an Amish store sometimes.
