The Gamecocks make the trip to Richmond for their rivalry game with the Colonels. Jacksonville State is 3-1 on the year with their wins coming against Mississippi Valley State, Tennessee Tech and Austin Peay. Their loss was against North Carolina A&T.

The Colonels are 2-2 on the year. Their two wins were again at Morehead State and Southeast Missouri State. Their two losses were to Marshall and Bowling Green. This is a huge game for the Colonels and a measuring stick of you will.
