Belfry has NEVER had a âlegitimateâ passing attack. I donât know who comes up with this stuff😂😂.

I just thought "they have addressed that" was classic haha.

Ashland will surprise many teams this year. Excited to see them in the playoffs

I think CAL will slip quiet a bit this year. They have a new coach and they lost a ton. DeSales should win that district.

Will be Bell or Belfry from the East. Anyone know where that game would be played at?

Doesn't matter Belfry will crush Bell.

Guess we will find out. For the people who truly know Mtn football and knows how good Dudley is at Bell Co after he rebuilds will know this will be a game. Year 3 with Dudley back. Loaded at every position. QB having D1 offers with 4.40 40 speed. Every starting position are juniors and seniors this season. Our D will be STOUT this season. Last year we started 8 sophomores on D.

And some other people who also truly know mtn football know Bell beat a bunch of bad teams last year and got crushed twice by the only good team they faced. Bell will be good but their schedule will hurt them again.

We won't know until the playoffs begin unfortunately.
New playoff restructuring means the Semi-States will be seeded after the first two rounds. If both teams make it that far, whoever has the higher seed assigned will host.
Not sure how this new RPI system will work. Bell has the lighter schedule and should have more wins, Belfry will most likely have better quality of wins. Belfry playing a 9 game schedule may bite them in the butt though.

I agree. Bell is gonna have to pick up the pace on scheduling front before folks are going to take them seriously. No doubt Hilton is a fantastic coach....but scheduling cupcakes every week is a head scratcher

Correct. I know Belfry is still trying to find a 10th game....but itâs not looking good

Well, we'll be tested that's for sure. Our first three games, St X, Butler, and Lex Catholic. We could start 0-3.

(My 6-10 is just a guess)
6 E-Town
7 Paducah Tilghman
8 Rockcastle County
9 Casey County
10 Powell County
*Russell could be thrown in the top 10 somewhere as well, 6-10 area.
Like I said, before some of you go crazy, this is just my opinion. I'm pretty confident in the Top 5 teams. I'm sure some will rank them differently. But 6-10 was just a guess for me. Thoughts?
Didn't Powell Co lose a ton of SR's last year? The same with Rockcastle?

Knox won the region last year much bigger than Bell, Harlan Co won the District last year much bigger than Bell, Whitley much bigger than Bell, Collins much bigger than Bell admittedly had a poor year but not far from a deep playoff run the rest are District games I think the schedule is pretty good in order to prevent 3 hour Friday bus ride to play the economics don’t make that feasible this day and time

Quit making excuses about Corbin. Be the big boys from Log Mountain and play them. You say youâre the King of the Mountains. As far as the teams being bigger, Mayfield won 1A and 2A. You think the schedule is pretty good besides those🤔 Nope 13-0 until they play some competition. I hope they have a great season, but just being honest.

Not saying I agree with everything you said but I respect the fact that at least your honest in why the games not being played. People canât let it go on here and move along so itâs apparent the animosity isnât going away anytime soon...Good luck this season hope your kids have an injury free season.

Bell not dodging Corbin most on here that know football would have Bell favored if they played this year based on what each had coming back I told you why theyâre not playing thatâs the facts

I think Bell County is going to have a heck of a team this year but I dont think they'd be good enough to beat Corbin in 2019. I could be wrong, and have been wrong in the past, but that's just my 2 cents. Either way, does it really matter now? Corbin has moved on, Bell needs to focus on their schedule, win the games they should, and get ready for a playoff run. Good luck to Bell and Corbin this year.

Corbin will probably wish they had lightened their schedule from what Iâm hearing about the 7 on 7 scrimmages they have participated in. The loss of Greer Mills and Mouser will be felt dramatically and this is coming from Corbin insiders

And here we go again, nobody said you where dodging Corbin is the old conscience getting to you now? Since we aren't playing anymore no one knows what would happen everyone has an opinion...Bell lost its defensive coordinator too has he been replaced? And from Bell insiders he was the one who was actually running the team Dudley was just doing what he's always done took all the credit....

I'm not sure who your insiders are but we participated in a tournament with over 20 teams, (several programs from TN), and finished in the semifinals losing out to the eventual champion. I know it makes that ass red but the Hounds aren't going away anytime soon whether Fell Co wants to play or not.

Quick question single shot will the loss of Fraser hurt Bell? I might have misspelled his name but just a question I had

Nothing against the young man but he never had an impact in any of the games against us so I'm not sure, not saying he's not talented our defense was really really good and Bell's line play could have played a part. IMO what it will do is allow defenses to focus on Stephney and make him a little easier to cover, Frazier has some speed but nothing like Stephney if he gets a seam it's a touchdown, if you've never watched him play he's something to watch and most teams on their schedule won't have an answer for him. Hope this helps answer your question...
