The RAMS travel to Morehead Friday Night to face the Vikings. Thoughts?

Raceland wins in a close game

Rams should win. But I'm not so certain. Pulling for a turn around.

Rams 21
Vikings 14

They need this game for sure!! If not they are looking at a 3-7 season!! At best they might win 5 but I can’t see it!

The Rams regressed in a major way on Friday night. Both sides of the line underperformed. The running game is still non existent. And now their only consistent form of offense is gone for the season. Seems as if the ball coach has his hands full this week.

Raceland better change their entire offense for the next few week or they won’t win a game while Jake is out , the new QB don’t have the arm to sit back and throw it deep I would also say he has trouble seeing over the line , gotta told him out throw quick outs to get the ball into gunnur and cox hands and let them make people miss , the fact they can’t run will only get worse because I’m sure teams will stack the line because they know the deep threat is not there

I maybe thinking too hard on this game.........Raceland fans has me confused an that doesn’t take much. So :pondering:

Raceland 21
Rowan County 20

Raceland 34-14

Hahahah Raceland has scored 17 points total in two games and now they are putting up 34 with their QB in street clothes??? I wish I had your confidence!

I am still picking Raceland. It’s going to be a tough situation but they can come together and win. They still have talented players, they just have to find a way to make it work.
#12
Rowan by 2 scores at the minimum
#13
Rowan's running game is gonna be tough for Raceland to slow down I believe. Raceland doesn't appear to be as good as they have been in years past. I'll take Rowan to win 22-13
#14
Thought before season started Paintsville might start out 0-3 and Raceland 3-0 but think now better chance Raceland 1-2 & tiggers 2-1. Raceland losses this one 28-0 as Yams off the tracks t?o start their season

If Rowan has a run game , Rams have a loss coming

Who cares, heal up Raceland QB, months until Kroger.

Raceland by 2 Touchdowns

Rowan is much improved. Jr RB Cole Wallace is very explosive in the backfield for the Vikings.

Raceland will run the clock in this one I bet

Just think they’ll be motivated and they’re much better than Rowan

No chance of that happening.

I had high hopes for the Raceland until last week. Is Russell that good or was I wrong about the Rams? Regardless, I believe they bounce back this week with a good, confidence boost road win:

Rams can’t hide anymore behind people signing praises about how good they are....cause they aren’t!This is a very important game to see if they can even finish the season at 5-5! Rown is a much improved team and I’m sure they feel they can beat Raceland and give their program that big win it needs! Through two games I’ve seen no fight from or lineman on either side of the ball! They better find it or this could be the worst year in Ramland for quite sometime!

Actually Fighter09 I haven’t followed Rowan but Raceland I have and really like a lot of the Raceland fans so I am just pulling for them. Plus the incident from this weekend with their quarterback makes me want them to succeed even more. So what I posted is not any negativity against Rowan at all.

If this game is close they should fire Salmons on the 50 at the end of it

Vikings are averaging 300 yards per game on the ground, and have scored 95 points in the first 2 games. I don't think this will be no push over for the Rams. Gonna be a great game never the less

Rowan played a very down Morgan county team. Morgan lost their best player Jake Helton to a broken foot in their scrimmage against Shelby Valley, and Rowan scored at will against them. Bath county is also down from the past few years. But I do feel like Rowan County has a very good run game. Big o-line and some athletes on both sides of the ball. I won't be surprised if either teams win this one. But I'm still taking Rowan in this one. Can some of the Raceland fans post about the backup QB? Does he have much experience, what can he do to help the Rams offense get going?
