He had all the talent but threw it away. Even with all the crap he did he was allowed to return and return and return to MLB yet Pete Rose can't even attend ceremonies on field without permission.

He was a heck of a pitcher just couldn't turn booze and drugs down. But yet MLB kept letting him come back. I believe he was suspended around seven total times during his playing days.
