Might be time for the state to put some respect on the 15th regions name. Lawrence runner up in the 2A and pikeville winning the 1A.

Pikeville becomes the 2nd School to win a Football, Basketball, & Baseball State Championship in the same school year. Newport Central Catholic did it in 2012-13 winning Class AA in Football, All “A” Basketball, & All “A” Baseball.
Pikeville is both the first Class A School & Public School to accomplish the trifecta of the “Big 3” in a school year.

Pikeville has it rolling in all sports. It’s the perfect storm there. They have the athletes and arguably the best coaches in all in eastern Kentucky. Outstanding facilities with funding to keep all sports going. With youth in all sports it might not slow down for a while. Congratulations to them on another championship
