It's time for BASKETBALL IN BOONEVILLE!!

They split the season series, both winning on their home floor. Estill had a double digit lead in Beattyville, but the Bobcats caught fire to win a close one.

I'll take the Engineers in the rubber match to move on to the finals on Friday Night.

I always pull for a Brian Hall coached team, but part of me hopes Lee County gets the victory. I'd love to see them get to the Region Tournament in Wattersons senior year. Could go either way, but I think Lee County pulls it out.

After watching Estill against Perry the other night I’m pretty confident in taking Lee County

All depends on Lee's health. I saw in a different thread that they aren't 100%. Could play a key role in the result.

Key is gonna have to be keeping Watterson from getting hot from 3. He’s done it both times this year. If Estill comes to play and can keep Watterson down then they will win. If they come out sluggish and Watterson gets hot then Lee will win.

Hoping for Estill to get the W.

Also gotta keep Combs from 3 land too. He can get on a roll from deep the same as Watterson, and when they both have it going Lee County is pretty good.

Someone please tell me how this district was seeded? i just cannot tell how/why? All I can see is they all went 4-2 against one another except Owsley who is the 4 seed?

had to go to a draw. In the draw, Powell got the 1 seed. Estill 2 and Lee 3. Owsley was the 4th seed because they have yet to win a district game this season.

Lee jumped out to a 9-2 lead and had a 9 point lead at once but Estill has outsourced the bobcats 14-2 so far in 2Q.
