You don’t hear much about lady basketball. I figured Johnson central would be still good and maybe a few more surprises.

Jc is still the favorite in my opinion. I don’t think anyone is in with 10 points of them but may be surprised.

Last year it was Lawrence co, Pikeville, prestonsburg, and jc. There might be one surprise with Betsy Layne doing better since they didn’t loose any players .

Got to see JC, BL, Martin, Lawrence and PC play some. JC looks good but not as good as in the past. none of the rest looked very good.

No big surprises you think this year, at least from what summer ball has shown you.

its hard to tell with summer, lots of missing kids all summer. vacations etc pull them away

I’d like to see a lot more focus on women ball so that these young ladies get some recognition. I know Betsy Layne will be have a least 3 senior seniors this year.

Do you know the reason why the middle school girls and went to Lenore WV? They were able to play varsity basketball in Ky and left to play middle school only.

I look for Belfry to be a completely different team, going to shock a lot of people.

I think so too. They looked good in preseason. The will surprise some people. I think the floor for this group is middle of the 15th. They just need a big. Maybe the boys coach can share his recruiting secrets. Lol
