Just curious, what does everyone think about the choice for our halftime entertainment this year.. PRINCE.....

i guess im one of the few that thinks there could have been a MUCH better choice... might as well bring back vanilla ice.. id probably enjoy that better..lol Although i did go through my purple rain phase.. i might eat my words after sunday though

I am forced to listen to Prince every now and then, I've gotten used to him. He's alright but I would have picked almost anyone BUT him for the halftime show.

yeah, the halftime show during the 2001 game, with Brittney Spears (in those silver pants:Clap: ), Aerosmith, was a great show..and theyve had crap since then. Why cant they get it right? Rap and R&B are boring and blah, the rock acts theyve had there have been 147 years old...why no ROCK, or COUNTRY? Seriously, Keith Urban, MG or Shooter would put on one HELL OF A SHOW. And Ill guarantee you those fans there, and the fans watching would much rather have those guys than the crap theyve had on there.

I only watch the halftime show...I don't personally care for the rest...I have been very disappointed in halftime shows since the Aerosmith and Britney one in 2001... they serouisally need to get some good acts. On the bright side Fergie is performing so I'm wanting to see that...

They are cheaper and they want to pocket as much revenue from those billion dollar commericals as possible.
