I agree. The system isn't a good one. This region is so weak that an underdog team could win the tournament; with the a little help of the regional draw. It doesn't matter who really wins the region because that's that team's last win of the year because they'll be playing Warren Central first game of the Sweet 16 no matter if its JBS, HHS, PCC or whoever.

Then how come you play somebody that isnt a pushover you get beat? Besides the 5th/3rd, JBS has a weak schedule. Perhaps to boost Stepps stats, or maybe the 14th region is just that weak.
