IMO, that's too much to pay just to see a few old guys spin their guitars.

Tucker & Trent Tomlinson is 4/21.

Looks like ZZ is stopping on their way to a festival in Columbus, Ohio a couple of days later w/ Evanescence, Velvet Revolver, Puddle of Mudd, Buckcherry, Hinder, Papa Roach & others.

Sounds like Columbus got the good end of the deal.

My aunt bought tickets this morning for ZZ Top. I don't know if anyone was able to get tickets for 33, I know that she spent 57.50 per ticket and the seating wasn't that great at all. The line in Pikeville probably had 50 people this morning.

The EXPO and Ticketmaster will tell anyone that standing in line IS NOT the way to get good tix...online is the way to go to get the best seats.

I don't think that everyone in line got all of the available 33 dollars tickets. Ticketmaster online nor the Expo Center phone order thing had any 33 or 40something dollars tickets, all were 57.50 BEFORE all of the additional charges so it sounds like a ripoff to me...

Don't mean to sound argumentative but ticketmaster is still selling $33 tickets now.
Saturday, April 7, 6:30p...they aren't good seats but they are available.

No, it's okay Fox. I know that you aren't trying to contradict me just for the sake of doing it. When they were ordering tickets this morning they clicked something for the $33 tickets and it said that none were available, repeated the same thing for the $40 something tickets and it also said that none were available. No idea why it did that but they ended up with $57.50 tickets in the lower level, not on the floor just because my cousin didn't want to have to stand the whole time.

I had heard that they would not let anyone choose ticket locations anymore.
You had to take whatever came up as "best available"...I wonder if that's what is going on....If so, I think it's bad policy.

I don't know if that was the case but my mom was helping my aunt and tried to get better tickets for her and the same row, section, and seats popped up every time and the same came up on the phone. I'm guessing you are right, they were showing up as the best available and until someone took them then other seats weren't available for purchase.
