12-0 Breathitt County @ 11-1 Russell
#1
Should be a good one for the region championship.
#2
This one will be a darn good game, I'll take the Bobcats!
#3
Breathitt County has beaten nobody except Prestonsburg. Russell has beaten Mason County, who is actually really good, twice.

I'll go with the Devils 35-32.
#4
One of the best games next week! Luv 2 be there!
#5
Breathitt Might put up 55 on a team like Estill but when they come to our house thats going to be a totally different story.
#6
Lets Go Red Devils :redboxer:

This Breathitt County team is well coached and they know how to play football, and play it well. The Fugate brothers carry the load for Breathitt County and there offense can probably score on anyone, there spread offense is very fun to watch. Red Devils watch out for the shovel passes, screens, and the deep ball to a very fast #3.

Sorry Russell fans but, I gotta go with the Bobcats in this one. There spread offense is too much to handle and IMO, Russell isn't as good as years past. Good Luck to both.

Breathitt County- 35
Russell- 21
#8
That should be a good one.
#9
I will go with my devils is a close game.

28-21 Russell
#10
Right now should be a toss up.
#11
Sorry Russell, but I have to go with the Bobcats... Keep it in 6

This one might be a barn burner and one of the most entertaining games in the state next week. Glad that I will be there. Hopefully there will be a bigger crowd turnout, though. The Russell and Mason Co. stands were pretty bare last night.

I've looked for you a couple times. I just haven't seen you since the Corbin game last year lol. Which endzone is the west endzone? Scoreboard or no scoreboard?

The one with no score board would be the west endzone.
#23
bobcats by a touchdown

I'm gonna have to go with Russell in this game. It will be an evenly matcthed game. I hope the Red Devils can pull it out! Go Red Devils!
#25
I Think the Devils grind it out style will slow that passing attack of Breathitt Because their defense will be on the field for a long time as long as we continue to move the chains.
#26
What type of Defense will Breathitt be using? Im sure they will load the box like most teams do against the Devils. Russell's passing game will be key again this week, more than it has all season. Once you starting getting to this part of the playoffs, its gonna take a complete game to pull off the win. Let's hope Ivan will goto it early, the pass was there all night last night, Russell just didn't goto it much, at times Mason didn't even have a safety on the field, and no one deeper than 5 yds. This would be the perfect time to put Jones in the backfield, let Cordle handle the QBing job, would like to see Tyler run the ball with some momentum behind him (plus a couple toss right passes, would probably throw Breathitt for a loop.). With Jones, Abrams, Bailey and Bates as your options, not to mention the passing game, Russell would be tough to stop. Possibly the most complete backfield Russell has ever had.

They'll load the box, but don't be fooled, they are strong, and they have tons of speed on both sides of the ball. They are really good at swarming to where the ball is.. These boys can hit, and they can tackle.. much respect for the bobcats. It's going to be a great game. Good luck to both teams for an injury free game

We will have to get some pressure on number 12 Colbey Fugate. I remember we had a hard time getting to Justin Haddix of Breathitt a few years ago.

If the Devils load up the box then the Bobcats will burn them with there screens, draws, and shovel passes.
