Wow! I really thought Hazard would be the team to lose to Beechwood @ Louisville.
#6
Go Hazard!!!!!!!!!!
Yea I know but I still wanted you to win.........
Congrats LCA, makes the Raceland loss seem better too.
Romans 14:11
It is written: " 'As surely as I live,' says the Lord, 'every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.' "

The Hazard Bulldogs dream season came to an end tonight. The undefeated Bulldogs lost to a very determined Lexington Christian Academy team in the state semi-finals by a score of 45-21. The Bulldogs had defeated LCA about a month ago by a score of 41-21. The Dawgs end their season with a record of 13 wins and 1 loss. This has been a truly amazing football season for the Bulldogs and their fans. This team of Dawgs have played with heart and determination all season long. The fan support for this team has been awesome. This football season will be talked about and remembered for a long time to come. Like the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end. You are our BULLDOGS and you have made us VERY, VERY PROUD!!!!!!!
As Vernon would say.....

HOW BOUT THEM DAWGS!!!!!
I would also like to congratulate LCA on their win and thank all of you who supported the Dawgs even tho you aren't normally Bulldog fans. We do appreciate you!!!

Hazard, don't listen to jetpilot.

You boys just tasted what Belfry's had to stomach the last two years, and because they hated that feeling, of losing even though they'd given their all, they busted their guts out in the offseason working out, and look what it did for them! To all Hazard's seniors: I wish you all the very best, and I wish you could have been playing in Louisville (I honestly think you all could have beaten Beechwood). To the returning players for next year: Remember this feeling, and let it drive you to work just a little bit harder so that it's Hazard, not LCA, playing in Louisville come next December!

Congrats LCA. Hazard, this is something to build upon as you men definately have nothing to be ashamed of..13-1..Very impressive! Proud of you guys!
#12
LCA took care of the ball and took care of the Bulldogs. I thought Hazard had it in them to get to state but I guess I was wrong.
#13
Congrats to LCA and congrats to Hazard on a great season.
#14
congrats hazard on a great season. you cannot be defined by this one game. this whole season, game after game, you came out, played hard and took the wins. learn from this game and be ready next year to come back with a vengence.
seniors, just remember what i said. one game does not define what kind of team you had. your record will do that. hold your head high!!
#15
hazard would have probably won that game if the middle linebacker wasnt hurt. but LCA played an excellent game.
#16
LCA's offense seems to be on a roll...if Beechwood cant slow them down then they may just end up with a State Title in 1A
Congrats to LCA on the win and Congrats to Hazard on a great season

Really thought Hazard could do it

#20
Wow....congrats lexington christian....good luck next year hazard you all should be the team to beat...
#21
Congrats to Hazard on a great season!!!!!! Good luck to LCA and Belfrey!!

Teague gutted you guys. Unless something was broke and I couldn't walk, I would have at least attempted to play. If I'm a senior with a chance to go to the state championship game, I do what I have to do to play. From what I hear hear it was back spasms. As soon as LCA seen he wasn't in there, right up the middle they went.

"Buddy", One player doesnt make a team, and besides from what i seen Aaron Moore had one heck of a game. That kid was on offense, defense, and all special teams, and played with 110% every snap....probably more than what, well you know who would have done
