So for the past 4 days I've been getting calls from this number: (904) 342-6602

904 is a Florida area code, I know this from working for Nextel.

I ignored them until just now because I was tired of them calling. I spoke with an Indian-sounding woman who told me she was with the Social Security Administration Verification office, and that because I was a loyal taxpayer, the government was going to give me $500 deposited into my bank account.

Scam alert comes on and I immediately say, "no, take me off your list and do not call me again."

We'll see if they call back or not, if they do, I've got some good sound bytes to give them.

Just wanted to give anyone else who receives a call from this number a heads up.

Ya know... at the thought of gettin $500.00 many people would fall for this one. Anytime you get asked for your social security number OR your bank account you know its a scam.... besides that... we all know the government don't give us anything.... they are too busy taking away what we have!!! LOLOL....

This is not a Florida number. This is from Nova Scotia. Typed the number in on fonefinder.net and it lead me to Harbou MUSQUODOBOIT, which is the persons name. This is not a business. This is just a persons residence.

You are right Vundy. I put in area code 902 instead of 904. It is a Jacksonville Number. I apologize to Mr. Harbou MUSQUODOBOIT. At least now he can say he got his limelight on bluegrassrivals.com.
