Pending Credit-ACH?
#1
Okay, I need someone's help who may have seen this before.

I checked my bank account this morning and the most recent transaction says "Pending Credit-ACH."

There is also an amount that appears to be deposited into my account. I am expecting two deposits. One is my paycheck from Kohl's (which should be well under the amount that was deposited).

I am also expecting my state tax refund which was around the amount that was deposited. I am assuming that this is my state tax refund that was deposited but I don't know. I have received no other notification that this amount was deposited today...but again, IDK.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thats what it sounds like but all you have to do is call the bank and they will tell you what it is.

Usually when you have a pending charge, its just means youve bought something and the bank has not actually taken out of your account yet but they acknowledged the charge.

Or you have account activity, like a deposit, that hasnt been credited to your account yet.

US BANK is the worst to hold a deposit.

EXAMPLE:
If you have $100 in your bank account, and you deposit $400, you will have $500 total in the bank, but US BANK will put pending on the $400 for a couple of days, so if you write a check or use your debit card and spend $300 and your deposit is still pending they will stick you with a OVERDRAFT fee.

Thats how they make their money. Coming from a US BANK teller.
