Breathitt is 7-5 on the year and Hazard is 8-4. Breathitt has really been beating some good teams as of late. They upset a good Powell County team and now defeated a very solid Hazard squad. Looks to be a wide open region in the 14th this year with Estill being a slight favorite at this point.

Hazard has games just about every night this week. They played Breathitt last night, a double header with Leslie Co. tonight, a big rivalry game with Perry Central tomorrow night, and an important game with Cumberland on Friday night. I think they used freshmen pitchers against Breathitt to save the regular pitchers for these other games this week.
