East Ridge is the 59th district champions......Payton ELswick was awarded the MVP of the tournament.....cranking another 2 run shot......Tyler Hylton went all 7 innings on the mound...and also was awarded the Community Trust Bank Player of the game....

Wow this is a big suprise. I never though East Ridge would beat Valley let alone Pikeville.

I wasn't at the game, but if it was anything around the usual, the problems at Pikeville needs to be fixed.

Is there any other problems besides errors that your talking about? I am just curious because I really expected them to really compete this year, and they haven't. So I just thought there may be something else that your talking about that needs to be fixed.

This really suprised me, but the again, I didn't really know much about either team. I guess I was going soley on Pikeville playing like "Pikeville of old." Sounds like a great game. Congrats to the Warriors on the win!!! Good luck to both teams in the regional tournament.
