Both teams will have to replace their leader and playmaker on the field from last season, Banks and Bowling but I'll give the edge to the Cougars.

I look for Johnson to assert himself at quarterback for the Cougars as the leader of this team. I think he along with the rest of the Cougars will have a good performance on opening day.

Letcher Central in a runaway. South Laurel was average last year and they lost the nucleus of their team and they also have a new coach trying to put in his system.

Cougar Power, coaches acted very happy about the line up there yesterday......In fact I have heard them state this may be the strength of their team this year. Have you watched any practices?

Yes been at practice and know the coaches that coach the line, they have the size but they need to get after it. We will see what they are made of when Breathitt comes in on Thursday, they better be ready. Go LCC
