Dairy Queen Bowl @ Henry County
Pike Central has a new head coach, a new offense, several key starters returning, and a 4 hour drive. Henry County has been a solid 3A team the past few seasons and are a program on the rise. This game should let both teams know where they stand in 3A pecking order as both are teams who would fall in that 15-20 ranking in the class statewide.
Last Season:
Henry County: 6-5, Lost in 1st Round to Lou. Central
Pike Central: 4-7, Lost in 1st Round to Russell
Thoughts? Predictions?

unfortunatley I do not for see a quick turnaround of this Pike Central team. I think we will see many improvements in this game. However, with just a few weeks under Chapman I do not see the Hawks pulling out a win in this one.

Who are some weapons for Henry County? They used to run the wing-t? What do they do now? What about PCC, will it be a Breathitt Co. Remix on O and D?

Henry County must not have much Defense, to be giving up 35 first week? That or PCC is pretty good, I seen on the khsaa that henry had like five shut outs last year

I read on another site that Henry County only lost to Oldham by one in a scrimmage?

I had seen on Blugrass Preps that they tied (28-28) Oldham and could have won if they hit the extra point. I think Oldham is 5A and according to the KHSAA was 9-3 last year or something like that. I know it's just a scrimmage, but I wonder how PCC will fair after scrimmaging a lesser opponent? Perhaps it won't have any affect and I am just reading way too much into this? :HitWall:
