I think Michael Burchett from pburg is.
he is 61-89 in pass completions
941 yards 11 tds and just 2 ints in just 4 games. :flame:
i dont think there is a qb around that has stats close to his.

If you consider williamsburg part of the mtns. Then i pick Ryan Moses.
76/143 for 1092 yd and 8 Passing TD's only 2 INT's.
60 rush attempts for 262 yds and 9 TD's.
Hes amazing!:redboxer:

Burchett has played tougher competition and is putting up the same stats. Plus Moses has thrown the ball around 80 more times than Burchett. While both are very talented passers and runners, I'll take Burchett.

Very true Burchett certainly is an amazing QB as well considering the competiton hes faced thus far. Id say he has better support players as well. either way Moses and Burchett are my top 2 at this point:rockon:

I remember watching the moses kid when he was a lot younger, kids got a cannon for an arm good scrambler too, just another good qb in the long line of good qbs at Wburg

Id like to throw Jordan Amis in there as well. He has only bad one test so but has many others to come but everyone who has seen him play has to give him credit for what he can do.

jordan amis is the top qb in the mountains. he can get it done through the air and on the ground. all coaches that have ever seen him play have said he is one of the top qbs theyve ever seen. he is such an athlete, he gives defenses the worst fits they could possibly have. he also has more heart than anyone ive ever seen play.

Amis is a good dual threat QB and a big reason for PCC's success thus far!

The last thing you said is true and there is nothing like having heart because it gives you the strength for anything.

Let us not forget that a quarterback can be made to look awesome or sad by the team mates that surround him. Football is a "TEAM" sport.

Burchett is hands down the best QB in the Mountains. Jade Haddix is no pushover either if he just had the WR's to help him out.

Michael Burchett is hands down the best. One I've seen that's not been mentioned is the Madon kid from Bell. I thought his awareness and composure were outstanding vs. Johnson Central, he also had a nice tight spiral.

Jordan Amis is head over heals better than any QB in Eastern Kentucky. The kid is a dual threat. He can run and throw really well plus he is a head hunter on Defense. Keep the great work Jordan.

Well I already thought that Michael was the best QB, but now knowing he is a Notre Dame fan, now he is BY FAR the best.

Jade Haddix has not lived up to his expectations this year. I know they are off to a rocky start but the game against pcc he just threw the ball up for grabs to keep from getting sacked. Im sure the kid was tired though he played the whole game. For him to be successful at Qb he is going to have to be given a break for a couple of series on defense to be rested up for offense.

List looks good but Chris Muse is done for the season I think. Someone closer to the situation could tell for sure. I know he did not play last week and will not play Friday night against Rockcastle.
