They like to ridicule the opposing team an fans by Playing snips from songs when ever a team has a busted play or sometimes it even goes on after play as started. JCC (I know how much y'all like that. I have no problem with music during timeouts halftime etc... Anything to belittle or get a laugh, at the players an fans of the opposing team. Real good hosts huh!

Really all it is footballmom, is music or satirical snippets that in no way, belittled any opponent. All that was done was to create an atmosphere at the games. I think you can ask any opponent that JC has ever played and they will tell you that nothing has ever been done to belittle any opponent, and most will tell you that they have never been to a game that was any more enjoyable of an experience than what was created by some very clever and imaginative people at JC. Everything is all done by people that love the game and they try to create an atmosphere that when any visitor leaves Johnson Central's stadium, they will know that they have not only been to a football game, they have been to an event. Ask any fan from Fort Thomas Highlands or Covington Catholic, and I think you'll hear that this was one of the greatest atmospheres and places to play a high school football game that they had ever been to.

As you know we went through a 4 game stretch where JC was able to beat Ashland by some some pretty good margins. However, what we have here with this big BAD CAT dude, is that he can not stand to loose to the point that he cried, he boo hooed, he snotted, he slobbered, he got on these message boards, and then went so low as to not only call the KHSAA and complain, but he also wrote nasty little letters to the Johnson County School system. Big tough guy, now aint he?

Bottom line, he is just a sore loser. As you can see he likes to talk Big and Bad on these forums , but in reality he acts like a little tiny kid when something doesn't quite go his way. You know how most bullies do, until they get confronted. Then they go crying to mommy. We all know that sooner or later the tide will turn in Ashland's favor. Nobody ever beats any body forever. Sooner or later it will be Ashlands turn to crow.

There's the whole story footballmom. It's all about one little crybaby's temper tantrum. This is the kind of attitude that has sometimes made Ashland fans get a certain rap, whether it's deserved by the mass or not. Unfortunately it usually revolves around one little small, self thinking hotshot, mouthy individual.

I, as well as 99% of all of the other Johnson Central fans will be the first to congratulate Ashland or anybody else that comes down here and puts it all over us. Sometimes who you play is just better. Just like for the last 4 games Johnson Central has had a better team than Ashland. As I said, eventually it'll be someone else's turn. That's just the way it works.

Good luck to Ashland. I think it'll be a great game for the fans from both teams. But in the meantime, lets all watch the game and take it for what it really is. It's all for fun.

Saying what? Like someone else said earlier, that it is just like the last few years from you? "We got this one in the bag. We are tougher than ever. Our defense is so mean, they break bones just by looking at the opponent. We have the fastest RB in the state. We have a human manhole cover, (one post, it was even a 'human manhole cover lid', is that like a cover for the cover?), We finally beat a team that is usually pretty good, it's Halloween on Elm St and Freddy Krueger is gonna get your ***, you can't ridicule us with your music at our stadium" and so on and so on.
And the same thing happens. You take a 30 point loss.
As Kimball said, you'll finally pull it off again one day, and be able to bask in the glory that "You told everyone so!" And I'll be glad, because it will help refuel a rivalry that has become, well, boring the last few years. I mean, not even competitive.

For what it's worth, since you're such an upstanding, honest guy, and wouldn't say anything on here you wouldn't say in person,(:thatsfunn) did you really snot and slobber while writing the letters?

Again Kimball tells it like it is! 99.9% of the fans and teams that come in here enjoy the atmosphere. We have only a few complain and even try to unplug our speakers. hh: Not one time was music played during a play but some BADCATZ like to boo hoo at anything. :please: I agree with Kimball that usually there comes a time when one can't dominate every year(except Highlands) and I will be the first to give Ashland congrats. I guess time heals all wounds huh Badcat. I seem to remember when I was reading your letter and posts, now correct me if I'm wrong, that you said you would never come back to JC to watch a football game. You said the bands should be playing the only music before, during and after the game.

I would be more than happy to car pool with you, just meet me at the Texaco station at Turner Branch on 23 and I take you to the stadium. I must admit it's only about 2 miles to the field, but hey 2 miles is 2 miles.

JC is a really good team. We beat them at home. If your going to reply on this post about them fumbling the ball 1000 times is the only reason my SC team won. Then just don't worry about it. They fumbled cause we knocked their ****$ hard. They were soft against us. I think Ashland wins this one.

Yeah, I would say that 99% of the teams that come to Johnson Central would much rather play and dress in a state of the art complex than dress in the nasty urine scented facilities of DickieLand. You can only dream of having what JC has. We also kinda believe that cleanliness is next to Godliness around here. Your more than welcome to live like a hog if you want, but I dont think I would brag about it. If you drive a Kia , it's probably not a real smart move to make fun of the guy that drives a Ferrari. Kinda has a way of making one's self look like an idiot. Your making yourself look like the fool the more and more you ramble on. Never once has anybody from JC ever tried to down the first thing about Ashland, it's fans, or anything at all about their great program. That's been all your doing, by pulling that crap. Here's a little advice though BAD ONE, If you want to start making things personal, then dont make make yourself look like a fool with nothing to back it up. Hey, really nice concession stand though.

I believe that is the last time you were able to even give JC a respectable game, aint that about right? And the best I remember it took an overtime to even eek that one out, at that. Ashland is a great and storied program. Dont belittle and disgrace it with your gutless antics. This may very well be a year that Ashland beats JC, who knows, and the best of luck to the true Tomcats that show a little class in the way they go about things.

not trying to start a fight but ashlands facilities are top notch except for the visiting football locker room and they wanted to remodel that as well as other parts of the stadium but have had trouble with the kentucky historical society since putnam is a historical landmark. Also ive been in alot of visitors locker rooms and most of them were worse than the situatuion @ putnam. Heck @ russell teams dont even use the visiting locker room cause it would take u 10 minutes to get there same thing for lawrence and prestonsburg so while no it isnt the best it surely isnt the worst either, and the game in 05 the field goal was missed @ the end of regulation.

I disagree just because Ashland spent halftime on the field, Most of the teams use the locker rooms @ Russell and 10 minutes is a bit of a far fetch its more like 1 minute or 2 max.

:dontthink Well it's all the way down the side line and at the end of the end zone. It take's a team less then a half a minute to get their. But I do admit it's kind of small for a big school . But it is very clean and dry and also serves as the girls softball locker room.

I dont want to pick back at you because you genuinely act like you have a little sense, but I dont think that anything that has anything to do with preserving state landmarks restricts one from making unsanitary conditions sanitary. I can see restrictions of not altering exterior appearances, but I'm just not buying not being able to make conditions livable. Besides, nothing stopped anyone from updating the entrance and concession area, did it?
