Could the perfect season end next week? Either Greenup is better than most have expected or Rowan isn't as strong as expected. Either way Lawrence County should learn a ton next week about how they will fair in the district. Right now I see Lawrence pulling this one out but its at Greenup so who knows.

Well, whether the perfect season ends or not, LC has had a great turn around. Although Greenup played RC hard, I still feel Rowan is a little overrated. (My opinion) LC has the momentum and I don't believe they're willing to give up. I feel another big win coming. Bring that perfect season home!!!

I hope your right and I have said that about Rowan for a few weeks I just continue to have major heartburn about them mainly because of that Garrand County loss.

Well Carter makes greenup co better are they better then LC I dont think so.. Will it be a close game.. most likely because of the officials... Last time we play there we had close to 300 yards in penalties and I think 2 or 3 TDS called back.

Thats why I have it being so close. You add the expected penalty yards to the average stats that LC has been putting up and giving up and it makes it pretty even. However, any given Friday night anything can happen.

I think Greenup is underrated. They took a good Rowan County team down to the wire that took a great Mason County team down to the wire a couple weeks ago.

I'm still buying Lawrence in this one, but it should be close.

I think Greenup pulls this one out, sounds like they had RC on the ropes the first half. The key will be if Carter helps on the def. in the next game. It will be a barn burner to the wire.:devilflam

Should be a good game to watch, just hope we can compete with LC, as I have read you have a very strong and talented team, the only way we win is if you don't show up.:wink:

What an upset if greenup could win. Lawrence 35 Greenup 14. First time all year I wont be pulling for Mike Copley. I had posted how much better they would be when they got the kid from ashland. Listen Mike Copley is a coach that will bring winning to greenup. LC could be the first school in history to have 4 backs crack a thousand yards. Is that possible batbuff.

If Greenup plays Lawrence the way they did in the first half of the Rowan County game We will walk away winners. IMO Lawrence is overated and does not play a very strong schedule.

Once again the Musketeers are the underdogs here. I don't care how good LC says they are we have a chance of beating them. Everyone thought Rowan County was going to win big, like they were going to crush us. But if I'm not mistaken the musketeers lost by 1 point. The Musketeers will be ready to go after the win. Ashland,Russell,Raceland,Coal Grove,Rowan, come on, I think LC is good despite a week schedule, but you cant say we havent played anybody as good as sheldon clark or sv.

Only thing that is or under rated is the Dawgs defense. Our offense is highly explosive. It's possible this team could have 4 thousand yd rushers but our defense has been out standing.GC qb needs to have his best game to keep them in the game. LC is going to score.Can GC match them score for score,,I think this game could be a LC blowout and at the same time this game could be like the RC and GC game.What if we gave Larry West the ball 25 times. He would have a 300 yard game.We have never had more weapons on offense than this team,,have we guys?

Sheldon Clark would beat all those teams with ease, only team that would give them a loss is ashland.
