should like this. The numbers don't lie. Looks how BGR is growing.
Afterall you all are the ones that has help make this a success. You should get to see for yourself. These are averages. I hate to brag. But I feel this is worth bragging about.
These stats here come directly from my webserver statistics. .
Bluegrassrivals.com
Avg Page Views per day! 75,000
Unique Vistors Per Day! 1,050
Page views, per day per person! 75
These stats are from alexa.
Overall Traffic Rank for bluegrassrivals.com: 42,785 (Means out of all the sites on the internet. Starting with yahoo being at #1 for receiving the most traffic. We are 42,785... Not bad considering there are over 2 billion internet sites.)
The attached images show daily, weekly and monthly traffic statistics. I hope we can keep this 24,000 daily ranking:rock:. Be nice to be a top 25,000 website.

I'm not surprised. I knew it would work. Everyone standing by BGR in the infant days are experience the benefits. I was told by a 'special someone'

I guess it forgot that a country boy can and will survive.

Now, we just need to come up with a solution to get guest to sign up and post instead of reading. Many guest stay active in the forums all day long and never posts..
How can we resolve this. Any suggestions.

Maybe put a thread on the front page or on the forum page allowing guest to post with what they think would get more of them to join and post.

we just have to continue to offer the best sports coverage around, with interesting threads and intelligent posts. we have to offer a variety of topics and im sure eventually the guests will see a thread that will inspire them to join because they wont be able to keep thier opinion to thierselves. i feel we are already the best sports forum on the net, i really dont know how you could possibly improve the actual site itself, but we as members can definitely make it more appealing to guests with our threads and posts.

I dont think locking the forums would be a good idea. Cause some people dont have time to log in at work/school, but enjoy reading through the forums.. But thats a good idea.

Yes, I agree.. Thats one statistic that Bluegrasspreps has us beat on. They have more of the regulars that always posts. We are starting to get more and more regulars. You know. The ones, you can always count on seeing online almost daily and replying to your posts. We are getting there. BGR will be 10 months old this week.

I was thinking about locking them at first but that wasn't what I was meaning. Just put a thread out there for anyone to post on even if you don't have an account so you could give ideals on what you would like to see. Once you get them to post you just might have them hooked. We would just have to watch it closely for content.

Those stats are great. I knew the site was growing rapidly but had no clue it was that high already. Hats off to all of you who put in so much time and effort to the site. I just wish I had been able to join earlier.

All I have to say is congratulations torQQue, your hard work is really paying off.
I thank you for the site because I love it very much and I enjoy being able to post on here, I love meeting the people, through this site I have met so many wonderful people and have made friends for life. I haven't met many of you yet but through the people I have met my life has been changed in many ways and I thank them for that. QQ, the site is a baby compared to many others, through more time and work we will be so close to the top. We are very high on statistics and just think, we are only a little site about mainly Kentucky high school sports, who would have thought?

I'm really enjoying this site. Thanks for all the hardwork that you have put into it. It will pay off in the long run.

I have been here since day one, and seeing the work that QQ and staff had put into this site, it's no surprise to me. I knew it would be the best KY sports forum. We gotta take our hats off to QQ though. Without him none of this would be possible. Many days that he could be enjoying other things, he sat down and worked on this site to make it what it is. Thanks again QQ.

QQ and staff for the short time i have been on the site, it doesnt take long to get hooked. i was a member of the other site and got banned about 2 years ago for nothing other than just posting. The so called GURU would never respond back to me and advise me why or even give a rule violation, then short time later thaey started making you pay and there was no way i was going to do that after the way i was treated, you can ask catdawg i am a class act when posting. But i just think you need to give them a reason to register when they are viewing it, i know you do by it being free but like you said some just wont take the time, and when more people find out about this site more will register. If we can attract more posters from western and northern ky it will be even better. not that its not t he best all ready, but all things can improve in one way or another. Its only the best site for the best fans!!!!!!!!!!

We're getting there, but we still have a ways to go.
How can we start getting members from other parts of the state????
I know we have a few in Northern KY, but we need a bunch more all over the state.

QQ if I had to guess I would say those guests are people from BGP looking to see how we are doing and what we are doing to make this site the best so they can copy off of ours. Thats my opinion, and I think we need something BIG on the front page saying FREE TO JOIN, b/c alot of my football buddies didnt know it was free they told me they would read alot but always thgouth you had to pay until I told them, and now they joined.....But I know we have the thread about GUESTS and being free.....But not all people tend to look toward the top of the page I think we need something HUGE on the front page saying FREE right in the middle of the page b/c a persons eyes tend to look in the middle of everything.....Just a thought it might work who knows
But hats off to QQ for putting all of his OWN hours and his OWN money into this site thanks alot QQ I CAN SPEAK FOR EVERYONE when I say this QQ we all love this site and are here for the long haul:Thumbs:
